Hi and thanks for stopping by the Terms of Use! Please keep in mind the following rules while browsing the site, it's the least you can do!
Obvious rules that go for everything...
* Do not steal or claim any of our graphics. That's really dumb!
* Please don't edit any graphics that are not supposed to be edited. For example, you can edit banners to write text on them. But don't edit wallpapers since they are for your desktop use only!
* If you used anything, link our site back! Please have our link up somewhere visible on your website.
For Avatars and Wallpapers
** These are for your personal use only. Avatars can be used for any use of an icon, and wallpapers for your desktop. ** Please don't edit them in any way! Don't make new graphics or layouts out of the wallpapers.
For Signs, Banners and Pixels
** Signs are meant to be on your enter pages, please use them there and there only! Banners and pixels can be used anywhere. ** Do not edit the signs in any way! This also goes for covering up my signature on them. ** You can edit banners! But please only edit them to put your site name and other text on them. ** Pixels can be used for anything.
For Layouts
** DO NOT edit the credits in any way! You can edit any parts of the page list but that part. That is just linking the resources used for the layout, and if you mess with that, you will have a swarm of angry resource owners after you. Please don't edit it.
** Do not edit any images or coding! The only coding you can edit is the page list part. The layout coding should not be touched. As for images, please don't save them and re-edit them in photoshop or use them for other layouts. The images were made by me to fit the layout in a certain way, you cannot edit them!
** Please keep our link up We can't stress this enough, please keep it in tact! We work extremly hard on our graphics every day to make them look good. Please keep our link up and do not change the url or name of the link. Thank you!
If you see anybody breaking any of these rules by claiming or editing our graphics, please tell us on the contact page. You will be greatly rewarded!
On the other hand, if people steal our things and refuse to give credit, we will do nothing but sadly shut the site down. We don't want our creations being stolen, so please follow the rules, they aren't that hard. Didn't you learn how to follow rules in Kindergarden? I guess you didn't pass it then if you don't...
